Policies

  • A £10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
    Without this your booking will not be confirmed.
    This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will not be refunded booking fees and will be expected to pay 100% of the treatment cost.
    If 24 hours or more notice is given your booking fee can be transferred to another appointment. Rearranging again after that will result in loosing your deposit and a new deposit will be required for a new booking.

  • Details on how to pay for booking fees will be provided when booking.

  • Failure to comply with these policies will result in no future bookings.

  • The remaining balance of your appointment will need to be made on the day of your appointment via bank transfer or cash.

  • Please bring the correct amount when paying with cash.

  • A consultation is needed for advanced facials, these are £20 and will be deducted from your treatment.

  • Aftercare advice will be provided, please follow the advice given for best results.

  • Please arrive at the right time. Your appointment will not be extended if you arrive late.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.

  • Loyalty cards must be brought to every appointment.
